Booking appointments
CURRENT CLIENTS:
I currently have office hours throughout the day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition to my office location in Livermore, I offer secure, private online sessions at no additional charge for well-established clients for whom my office location may not be convenient, or who may travel for work, etc.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please visit my Client Portal page for more information. Through the client portal, you can select an available appointment time and complete all the necessary forms. You can also reschedule or cancel appointments, and access billing documents on the Client Portal.
If you would prefer to contact me via phone, text or email, you may reach me at (925) 230-4099 or [email protected]. Please remember to use the secure messaging feature through the Spruce app for any clinical issues.
POTENTIAL CLIENTS SEEKING THERAPY:
I require a 15-minute phone consultation prior to booking an intake appointment. This consultation is free to potential clients, and is intended as a means to determine if we might be a good therapeutic fit. Please note the following:
1) My fee is $200 per 50 minute session for couples, $180 per 50 minute session for individuals. I do not take any kind of insurance, and I do not provide superbills for insurance reimbursement.
2) I only have availability during the day on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
3) My specialty area of practice is relationship difficulties: communication issues, built-up resentments and anger, lack of connection/intimacy, infidelity, etc.
4) I offer in-person sessions only to new clients. I prefer in-person therapy and find it to be more effective for my therapeutic style, therefore I only offer virtual sessions to well-established clients.
If my fees and availability work for you, and your issue falls within my area of specialty, please schedule your free 15-minute consultation through the client portal by clicking the "contact" button below. The portal will display the times available for consultation appointments and you may choose whichever appointment works best for you. I will contact you promptly at your designated appointment time at the phone number you provide. If you are unable to keep the appointment you have selected, please cancel/reschedule through the client portal. If it is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please let me know via text message at (925) 230-4099 (my system does not allow late cancels/reschedules less than 24 hours from the appointment time). Should I get your voicemail, I will leave a brief message and will be available for the duration of the 15-minute appointment slot for a callback.
