Client Portal/ booking appointments
I currently have office hours throughout the day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition to my office location in Livermore, I offer secure, private online sessions at no additional charge for well-established clients for whom my office location may not be convenient, who travel for work, or who simply prefer virtual sessions.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please visit my Client Portal linked below. On this page, you can select an available appointment time and complete all the necessary forms. You can also reschedule or cancel appointments, and access billing documents on the Client Portal.

Potential New Clients:
Please read the information for potential new clients on my Appts/Fees page. If you would like to proceed, click the button below to request a free, 15 minute phone consultation appointment. I do require that we have this brief telephone conversation prior to scheduling a therapy appointment to help ensure we will be a good therapeutic fit. Once you choose your appointment time and type (individual or couple) and complete the required contact information, I will be notified of your request. Once I accept the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with brief instructions. If for some reason I need to decline the appointment, I will send an email asking you to choose another time (this rarely happens).
At the end of the consultation call, we will discuss if we mutually agree that we would be a good fit and if you would like to move forward with scheduling an intake appointment. If so, I will send you (and your partner, if applicable) a link to the client portal where you will have a number of forms to complete. Forms must be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to your intake appointment time so that I have time to review them.
**PLEASE NOTE** when you schedule a consultation appointment, you will be required to add a credit card on file. You will NOT be charged for the consultation and I do not have access to credit card numbers. I require all clients to have a card on file, but my records and billing service, SimplePractice, cannot differentiate between appointment types in order to not require it for consultations.

If you have requested a virtual session, you will receive a link via text and/or email to my online platform. Each link works only for that specific appointment. You can access the platform via computer or smartphone. If you're using a smartphone, please download the free app TeleHealth by SimplePractice. Couples do not need to be in the same place for virtual sessions. Be sure to test your internet connection prior to the appointment, as I am unable to extend session end times due to technical difficulties.
